Neutrality

Some sections of this article don't seem very neutral, for example produce first-class research and forge a strong link or the Center has established a reputation as an authoritative source of information on all major aspects. Cliff12345 (talk) 17:58, 19 June 2012 (UTC)

I have therefore reverted all those edits and returned the original text. As an answer to the question, the neutrality tag should not be removed, as the whole article seems to be biased, that sentence was merely an example. Other examples of bias include: broad audience, valuable data sources, authoritative source, high quality. Cliff12345 (talk) 20:26, 9 July 2012 (UTC)

The neutrality statement should now be removed. I have deleted all references to biased words. I think the worldwide view of the subject should also be removed. The article states that the Center is located in the USA in two places. Not sure what other worldly information is needed. --AGrzybowski (talk) 16:43, 28 September 2012 (UTC)

Naming of the article

Since this article has been renamed twice; I'll state that I believe this is the best name for the article (the name has also been agreed on at the Wikipedia help desk).Cliff12345 (talk) 18:19, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
