Not a political posterEdit

The image "Political poster on Carretera" is not actually a political message, since it says something that can roughly be translated as "Saving is the most reliable and feasible source of energy" it's more an economic message than a political one. I recommend to change the caption on the image for something like "Political, or social awareness posters, like this one, are naturally occurring in Cuban roads."

If the idea is to keep the text as it is now, then my recommendation would be to change the image with one of these other Wikimedia resources, which are in fact 100% political:
