Cincinnati Historical Society record

The Carew tower was built in 1931 in 10 months. This is referenced by both the Cincinnati Historical Society and The Cincinnati Museum Center. The hotel attached was finished in 1934. The references in the article seem to be referring to either the Central Trust tower or the Cincinnati Bell building. Financial difficulties

I hesitated to add this to the page but the building has ran into financial difficulties and Duke Energy, the electricity provider, has notified tenants that the electricity to the building will be disconnected on 2/10/2021 for lack of payment. The owner, through their CEO, blames the Hilton for not paying their share due to declining business related to COVID-19. [1] [2] --P37307 (talk) 21:56, 1 February 2021 (UTC)
