The BBC, in an article published online on 25th August 2023, says that the new owner now goes by the names "Lady Carbisdale" and "Lady Samantha Kane." Is that due to the Established Titles scam that any purchaser of Scottish land thereby becomes a "Laird?" If she was the daughter of a Duke, Marquis or Earl, and thereby entitled to put "Lady" in front of her first name, I think we would have been told that.
