CIDA's wheat farm in Tanzania edit

in 1970s, the tension between Tanzanian state and rural laborss were high, and one Canadian woman was shot (as stated in Linda Freeman's paper "CIDA, Wheat, and Rural Development in Tanzania" (p495)). Do someone have some more detail information about what happened? Jackzhp 21:55, 29 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Debate on CIDA politics and grants edit

Politically and in terms of large expenditures, CIDA is an important government body, and there has been a great deal of controversy over the agency's agenda, accountability and decision making. However, this entry fails to reflect either the importance or the debate. Looking for comments and input on this issue. Nosnoyl23 (talk) 16:49, 25 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
