I'm trying to figure out the citation system, but it is just beyond me. I know a citation for the declining enrollment thing (http://www.currypilot.com/20090211112658/News/Local-News/School-layoffs-4-day-week-top-list-of-possible-cuts) but I just can't figure out the citation system.
