"Stewie says Brian started talking about his novel three years ago. Stewie is one year old. It is possible he heard it as a sperm, since they seem to have that ability."

Snork identification

The cast list said Nancy Cartwright as Daffney Gillfin, but the female Snork in the image actually matches the skin and hair color of Casey Kelp, according to the descriptions on the Snorks page (I haven't seen that show, myself). Also, Casey is the logical choice since she was Allstar's love interest, as noted both later on this page and on the Snorks page. • When this show was being produced, The Bachelor was a much bigger and more prolific show than what it is now. (Goodman)

• When Chris is waving his shirt around above his head and being watched by Herbert through the window, that entire scene is a reference to Animal House. (MacFarlane)
• The FG production staff encountered a bit of trouble attempting to figure out what Peter would be doing in the lobby during the Bachelorette audtions, although the show never really landed on anything good. (Goodman) (MacFarlane) originally, in order to embrass Cleveland so that he would not be considered as a contestant, Peter had his ass in an aquarium, (MacFarlane) (Hentemann) but they swapped to Peter taking his clothes off, although it did originally go into more detail than the current sketch, as Peter was putting his ass on Cleveland's ass while naked, but was shortened to the current version. • During the sequence where Brian can't stop calling Brooke, the answer machine tape runs out so he buys her a new one.
