Cultural Reference of episode title

There is no reason to believe that the title 'Brian: Portrait of a Dog' is inspired by 'Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer'. 'A: Portrait of a B' has been used as a title form many times - e.g. before 'Henry', 'Sarah T. - Portrait of a Teenage Alcoholic' and 'Dawn: Portrait of a Teenage Runaway'. I have been unable to pin down a specific link with H: POASK, so unless somebody finds one, I will be altering that reference. A small point, but not good to have an inaccuracy creep in by only the third sentence. Centrepull (talk) 12:52, 20 October 2009 (UTC)

This article is in decent shape, but it needs more work before it becomes a Good Article.

1. Is it well written?

   A. The prose is clear and concise, and the spelling and grammar are correct:

   In the lead and/or plot, you might want to link "Griffin family" for those who don't know who they are. In the Production section, "...having wrote 'I Never Met the Dead Man'" ---> "...having written 'I Never Met the Dead Man'". Same section, "...and various crew and cast members for several episodes,[6]" is that comma suppose to be a period?

   Check.

   B. It complies with the manual of style guidelines for lead sections, layout, words to watch, fiction, and list incorporation:

   Throughout the article, please link "dog show", "Mike Henry", and "Neil Goldman" to their correspondence articles as at the moment they stand out as a disambiguations. In the Production section, "I Never Met the Dead Man" is not supposed to be in italics, but in quotations as it is an episode. In the Cultural references section, "Plessy v. Ferguson" is supposed to be italicized since it's a court case.

2. Is it verifiable with no original research, as shown by a source spot-check?

Cultural Reference in episode

During the dog show, Brian is approached by a dog who sniffs his rear end to which Brian responds "do I know you?". That dog EXACTLY resembles Spike from the Rugrats, however beyond the obvious "cartoon dog" link, i couldnt find substantial evidence of an intended joke. perhaps an animator that worked both shows? i'm not much of a wiki contributor, so i put the info here for yoou actual editors to figure out.
