More info? edit

What oversight mechanisms are there? It sounds like since FHC, obersight belongs solely to the execuive branch... I believe that this has changed--hat he primary responsibility for oversight belongs to the legislative branch. Is the atency more concerned wih domestic or foreign intel ?--179.227.127.5 (talk) 10:50, 15 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Abin is oversighted by the Brazilian National Congress Joint Commission for the Control of Intelligence: a group of senators and representans. There is a link: https://legis.senado.leg.br/comissoes/comissao?0&codcol=449
