The same can be found on the Serbian Progressive Party website and it says that foreign citizens can only be honorary members of the party:

Not without a source explicitly stating that those 3000 were Serbian. Please read WP:OR and WP:SYNTH. Besides, what confusion do you mean that the current text 3,000 citizens of Štrpce joined the Serbian Progressive Party and the Serb List creates? --T*U (talk) 10:02, 11 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
