I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. That's not true. I'm watching the video as I type and while the brothers are wearing basketball shirts, there's just a bunch of stock footage of cartoons and various other things in the bg. I expect that's original research though. 81.153.38.225 (talk) 11:35, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
