Billionare
editIsn't he a billionaire? That fact should be inserted in the article. Edrigu 18:27, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
Neutrality
edit"And the current government and its Tycoons have pinpointed him as a threat to their own plans to buys Serbian comapnies and resources for a much lower value, and so they have used every means possible get Bogoljub out of the country. There are rumors that BK will be back in Serbia as soon as they announce ellections which are long overdue in Serbia."
Rumors can't be in Wikipedia, can they?
Trying to figure out what is the "hidden agenda" of the Serbian government and writing it on Wikipedia isn't allowed is it?
I added the POV tag, just in case. :) --GOD OF JUSTICE 05:22, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
Good thinking. This article is heavily POV, especially the "persecution" section:
"From the moment Mr Karic's political movement PSS BOGOLJUB KARIC demonstrated itself as an enormous new power in Serbia, Mr Karic has been the victim of a very politically driven persecution, putting his beliefs and affairs in question. This is an ongoing battle for truth. Mr. Karic is actively working on clearing his name and exposing the lies and illusions that have been continuously written, said about him and his business."
If that isn't POV, I don't know what is. This article needs attention. 216.227.95.210 (talk) 01:04, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
Recent reversions
editPlease note that 1) Unsourced material about living persons can be immediately removed; 2) The article underwent a significant copyedit, and the material excised was largely not topical (e.g. the mini-biographies of his extended family members). It doesn't matter how many years this material was collected over. It isn't sourced, and it isn't good quality. ɳorɑfʈ Talk! 10:32, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
I'd just like to provide some documentation here that User:Vérité certifié is reverting good faith edits without discussion, and is now edit warring by continuing to revert without responding on this talk page although the editor has been asked to do so in an edit summary. Some other editor wishing to push forward with stopping this ownership like behavior will have my support. ɳorɑfʈ Talk! 11:23, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
- As a follow up, User:Vérité certifié has been identified as a sock puppet master, and one of his socks (which reverted this article) has been permanently blocked. Looking at User:Vérité certifié's edits, I see that he is a single purpose account editing a single article that happens to be on a living person, which makes me wonder if there is a conflict of interest. ɳorɑfʈ Talk! 23:38, 6 June 2010 (UTC)
With regards to displayed ownership like behavior or rather vandalism by User:Noraft reverting his good faith/erasing edits without discussion is not something to be supported or continued since User:Noraft is using his own authority to delete and change major information about Mr. Bogoljub Karic as it can be reviewed on the history page. I understand by offering his support he's is Lobbying for approval of his vandalizing "good faith/erasing" alterations. However, if information such as The Karić family had owned manufacturing business in Eastern Europe for over 4,000 years is altered, It would be totally understandable and User:Noraft would have my support since it is a very doubtful fact. Also, User:Noraft deleting massive 90% of the page and yet talking subversive with regards to ownership like behavior is obviously not done in good faith! As well as significantly erasing information on his own authority based on his personal understanding of what sourced, topical or good quality information is. Furthermore, User:Noraft using his choice of preference as Imperative against others is highly unexceptable and is in fact once again related to ownership Behavior! Therefore, I would appreciate editors not to exhibit sympathy or any hint of favoritism over ownership Behavior with regards to this or any page for that matter!
