Is this the same Duncum edit
...who wrestled [Bob Backlund] for the WWWF title after Backlund "lost" to [Antonio Inoki]and the promotion "had" to make the title vacant when Inoki refused to accept the belt? Bobby Duncum Sr. → Bobby Duncum – The elder Duncum always wrestled as "Bobby Duncum" and the younger Duncum always wrestled as "Bobby Duncum Jr.", so the use of "Sr" for the elder Duncum is unnecessary. McPhail (talk) 11:33, 24 January 2022 (UTC)
- Support Looks logical. If he mainly worked as Duncum with no Sr., there is no reason to include ir. See Bob Orton or Dory Funk. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 12:13, 24 January 2022 (UTC)

- Support There's John F. Kennedy, John F. Kennedy Jr. and John F. Kennedy (disambiguation). The senior Duncum (like President Kennedy) isn't commonly known as "Sr." I'm not sure if a dab page is needed, a hatnote should be fine, but create a separate page with "(disambiguation)" in the title if necessary.LM2000 (talk) 11:35, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
