@Mitchazenia, Cuchullain, and BrownHairedGirl:
Lots of problems with this article, with good-faith editors conflating the Reading station with the PRR station and freight house. I hope the 1890 Panorama of Birdsboro should settle questions about their relative locations.
Just to make things more confusing, maps show another Birdsboro station north of the river, on the Reading's Main Line.
There may still be errors regarding the PRR Schuylkill Branch. I suspect that was the line that became part of SEPTA, and was shut down in 1981 (not the Reading's Wilmington & Northern Division). Much of this content came from Pablo909 and his sockpuppets, who are indefinitely blocked.
I don't know anything about trains (although I do know a bit about architecture), so anything you can add or clarify would be most welcome.

@BoringHistoryGuy: I'm a year late here, but I'm taking a look at all former Reading lines and trying to flesh out details. A few things: A 1904 Official Guide confirms three passenger stations in Birdsboro, two belonging to the Reading and one to the Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania station was adjacent to one of the Reading stations. That makes sense given the track layout; you wouldn't have main line trains crossing the river to serve Birdsboro. SEPTA never used the W&N in any capacity; it did use the PRR Schuylkill Branch up to Manayunk, now cut back across the river to Cynwyd. Mackensen (talk) 17:56, 28 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
This isn't great evidence but [1] and [2] suggest that under SEPTA loading at Birdsboro was trackside with no facilities. Documentation is so far surprisingly lacking. Mackensen (talk) 19:59, 28 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
