"Nandi, Bhabesh Chandra" --> "Maudi Bhakesh Chanda"

The NA document features many bizarre typos - please be cautious. If someone wishes to doubt me:

The address of Chanda in the pdf document matches to the address of Nandi provided in Select Records of the First East Pakistan Legislature.
If one scans across the Constituent Assembly Debates, no Chanda can be located.
