This page needs serious revision; it is full of extraneous information better suited to some educational strategy meeting within its own administration as well as brochure-like professions of values. Please help me figure out how to condense and consolidate this information.

I've been browsing around other schools and one way we could neaten it up is by adding a template, I found two fairly good examples here and here, there are also more examples here.
