Does anyone know which is the oldest house in Bamber Bridge and where it is located?

The Hob Inn is the oldest pub and has a thatched roof.

Yes but which is the oldest house not farmstead. My friends grandchildren were set this question by a supply teacher who sodded off with the answer. Which I suppose she didn't know either. So using the power of the internet can we find out.

The Labour Party and Co-Operative Parties are seperate entities although a Co-Operative candidate must also be a Labour candidate. There is no such thing as an amalgamated 'Labour and Co-Operative Party'. It is therefore clearer to state Labour / Co-Operative as it is stated on polling cards and on parliamentary returns Charlie odd 12:48, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
