Date of birth edit
I recently read that Attilio's date of birth was in 1951. But other sources say he was born in 1953. Can someone please tell me which souce is correct as to the actual date of birth of this late and great rally driver? Thanks.
PS
I also heard rumors that Attilio took two years of his date of birth in order to void being considered to old to be promoted to a top team and to appear younger ( Gilles Villenueve and Roland Ratzenberger did the exact same thing as they were starting thier careers in order to avoid being considered to old to make it in F1). Can someone please do some research to find out whether that is true or not?
