Incorporation

When has Apple Valley been incorporated ?

Apple Valley is definitely incorporated (Nov. 28, 1988). In the State of CA, there is no legal or practical difference between a City and a Town. The folks behind the incorporation drive just chose "town" to reflect the rural atmosphere they hoped to retain. I suppose technically you could say we are "The City of 'The Town of Apple Valley'". According to California law, there is no legal distinction between a town and a city. Apple Valley is an incorporated city that the city founders are calling a town. BlankVerse 01:20, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

Michelle Peralta

Whats with the Michelle Peralta additions that random IP addresses are adding? I looked it up and it is just a facebook thing. And the Michelle Peralta page was also deleted because it was considered non-notable. Creation7689 (talk) 15:00, 11 February 2011 (UTC)
