she is a model [1], significance was clarified and the hebrew article was merged and not totally deleted. plz don't take your wars from hebrew wiki to here. Nadavvv11:31, 6 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
if she is a model than exactly in which company in Israel did ahe work? the answer is none and therefore she is not a model. kindly clarift whats the importance of this doogmagishit. and if you will return the false interwiki to he.wikipedia i will ask the sysops to delete it there. fares does not have any significance. תחי מדינת ישראל20:15, 6 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
The importance template doesn't work here in the way it works in the Hebrew Wikipedia. If the article states the importance (or what some contributors consider to be importance), there is no place for the template. A person who was a competitor in a beauty pageant, which is what she is notable for, is a model. The word "doogmagishit" is some derivation of the word shit and is inappropriate to use when describing an article, or any person (living or dead). You might want to read WP:CIVILITY and WP:NPA for more information. You can ask the Hebrew Wikipedia administrators to do whatever you wish but since currently he:אנג'לינה פארס directs the reader to some... thing that has information about her, its place is in the article. If you feel Fares isn't notable, you are welcome to take it to WP:AFD, where it will be kept (a prod is not in order here since three different people disagree with you). 84.108.245.22202:54, 7 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
First: doogmagishit is a word in sleng that means something of no importance. in this article there is a problem of accuracy and I will fix it very soon. Faresd did nothing in Israel (and since i live there I know what Im talking anout). In Israel there are hundreds over hundreds of women like her. surely you are not suggesting that every one of them will get an article here? תחי מדינת ישראל10:01, 7 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
I'd be happy if you could further elaborate, and enlighten me as to the meaning of this slang word. If there is a problem of accuracy in the article - fix it, it doesn't necessarily mean the article should be deleted nor does it mean you need to remove the interwiki or a category. Fares did *something* in Israel, just like I did. However, Fares did something notable enough to merit significant coverage by third party sources as can be seen in the article. The {{importance}} template should not stay in the article as there isn't anything else to add about her. This template is not a deletion template and if you still think she is non-notable, you are welcome to list her at WP:AFD. Please remember that this is the English Wikipedia and not the Hebrew Wikipedia, and you must act accordingly. Please remember that while she might not be notable enough for the Hebrew Wikipedia, which is slanted towards deletionism, she probably is notable enough for the English Wikipedia which is more inclusionist. Also, you might wanna consider changing your signature, as would've surely been the case had this been your signature on the Hebrew Wikipedia. Your signature should also probably have something written in English, per Wikipedia:Username#Non-Latin. What I'm suggesting is that women who have had significant coverage by third party sources, such as her, should have articles about them here, nothing more, nothing less.
