This article is about a National Hero of Azerbaijan who died in an infamous 1991 Azerbaijani Mil Mi-8 shootdown which had been a breaking point in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. He was a part of the peacekeeping team of Russian, Kazakh observers and high-ranking Azerbaijani state officials who travelled with an observation mission to Karabakh but were shot down by an enemy fire. This person along with other Azerbaijani citizens who died during the incident were awarded the title of National Hero. He was also one of the few jorunalists reporting from frontlines as Chingiz Mustafayev. As more data becomes available about this person, I'll add them to the article.
