@Riad Salih: I moved this article back to this title because (1) there's no reliable source cited calling this the "Algiers-Skikda Railway" and (2) per NCCAPS, we should avoid capitalizing words unless it's part of a proper name. Best, voorts (talk/contributions) 23:20, 18 January 2024 (UTC)

- I have checked most of the names used here and found that they all almost use "Railway" instead of "Line." I'm not entirely sure if there is a significant difference between "Line" and "Railway," but if you have more expertise in this matter, feel free to make the change.

- @Riad Salih Articles that have a capitalized "Railway" in the title are like that because the Railway is part of a proper noun; here, this is just a line of a railroad, not one that has Railway in its name. voorts (talk/contributions) 23:36, 18 January 2024 (UTC)
