Tonkin paper

The above URL works for the removed Tonkin paper; it's what convinced me to recreate the article after it was prodded, speedied and deleted. It reviews recent in 2006 esperantist and interlingist literature. Here is what it has to say regarding Dulichenko.
"Particularly important additions to the literature are a collected volume, edited by Fiedler, of Blanke’s essays on interlinguistics and Esperanto studies (Blanke 2006a), and a Festschrift for the noted interlinguist and bibliographer of planned languages Aleksandr Dulichenko (Künnap and others 2006).
