Some more informations about „Akademischer Sport-Club Berlin“ (DFB-Yearbook 1904/05): Akademischer Sport-Club was founded an 18. November 1893; the club played hockey, ice-hockey, bycicle-polo, lawn tennis, athletics and of course soccer; member of the VBB (Ver-band Berliner Ballspielvereine); club-colours: white and dark-blue; the footballers played in white and dark-blue divided shirts; the place was “Sportpark Friedenau”; the best football-time of the club was between 1897 and 1902, when a lot of famous german players – they all were students in Berlin – played for the club, for example: Ivo Schricker (Strassburger FK 1890); later on general-secretary of the FIFA E. Schricker (Strassburger FK 1890) Koths (Strassburger FK 1890) Wetzler (Karlsruher FV) Schottelius (Freiburger FC) Later on the club only took part on the academic championships (Probably Akademischer BC was the club of the students of Technische Hochschule (techni-cal University) and Akademischer Sport-Club was the club of the students of Berlin Univer-sity) Because of my bad English someone else must include these informations.
