Reports on religious freedom and persecution of Christians
editCqae You write as the reason for your reversion that "The edit provides important information about the work of ACN, which is also contained in other versions of the article, e.g. in German." While advocacy for persecuted Christians is certainly an important work of ACN, wikipedia requires that you use independent sources for citation. See Wikipedia:Reliable sources for the necessary requirements if you have questions. Please take the time to locate and cite those independent sources and NOT merely ACN sources. You cited THREE sources that were all products of ACN. The first was https://religious-freedom-report.org/ which is produced by ACN. The second was https://persecutedchristians.acninternational.org/ which is also produced by ACN. The third was https://www.katholisch.tv/detail/asia-bibi-ich-habe-schrecklich-gelitten_2362. This is a product of ACN in Germany and NOT independent-- it even says so in the banner "KIRCHE IN NOT: ACN Deutschland". The mere fact that it is in German does not negate the fact that it is a product of ACN. MonasticScribe (talk) 04:40, 24 February 2021 (UTC)
The ACN Red Week article was blanked on 2024-05-16 and that title now redirects to Aid to the Church in Need. The contents of the former article are available in the redirect's history. |
