Questionable edits especially unreliable medical topics by 1st author

edit

Regarding edits by Special:Contributions/LEV-SH_477, including this biography article that was 1st composed and mostly edited by LEV-SH_477, most touched on medical topics, which are not cited with medical reliable sources WP:MEDRS. The rest are either WP:FAILEDVERIFICATION - not in cited source henced unverified - or - WP:UNSOURCED.

I came from Nifedipine (I'm happened to be high blood pressure patient and user of Nifedipine & Losartan), and saw questionable edits by Special:Contributions/LEV-SH_477, all these questionable seemed like that account is totally lay person non-hypertensive-patient at all, none at all. Thus I landed here after cleanup most of unnecessary infos (sales figures should be at Bayer company article, biography should be here not Nifedipine medicine, and there's medical misinformation by LEV-SH_477 questionable edits too Special:Diff/1230794810 - claiming WP:OR hypertension is heart-only disease, whereas it affect kidney, causes brain stroke & more, a circulatory system disease.

My take is biography article are just that for biography...in biography page, a mere summary and wiki link to medical wiki page...uncited medical reliable source...not just mere reliable source...need medical reliable source cited...a higher scrutiny bar for medical topics...otherwise wouldn't be appropriate to display health misinformation (irresponsible)...unverified medical topics here or anywhere, not just Nifedipine which I had WP:CLEANUP. --- Cat12zu3 (talk) 18:49, 25 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Clearfrienda:

Hi. I have questions about this biography article. This article was mostly edited by the 1st composer Special:Contributions/LEV-SH_477. In this article, only 1 section is given about the pharmaist most of them are on medical topic that are not cited with medical, medical reliable source. Only a section is given that pharmacist's biography.

The rest are mostly about medical topics, which are not cited with medical...medical reliable source. The ones with cited source (patent & patent lawsuit) are not verified...these statements are not in that both 2 cited sources.

Furthermore, these supposedly picture sources (about patent letter, award letter claiming being award with (Otto-Bayer prize), sale figures), these picture sources, coming from that 1st composer LEV-SH_477, seemed unknown and unverified source. How would I know that award letter is legitimate and not forged. We would never know.

It's seemed that account is a total, total lay person non-hypertensive-patient at all. There's even medical misformation by that questionable edits Special:Diff/1230794810 in Nifedipine.

(I'm came from Nifedipine - visited as I'm happened to be high blood pressure patient and user of that medicine - when encountered these questionable edits from Special:Contributions/LEV-SH_477, thus I had landed here.)

All these...I wondered why this article is rated (C).... --- Cat12zu3 (talk) 01:10, 26 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Yes, this article should not have been rated C-class. It is start-class at best. I use a tool called rater to rate articles, which uses WP:ORES (AI) to rate articles. In this case, ORES scored a 62% confidence rating in C-class (a false positive), which was enough for it to automatically adjust the rating. I didn't notice it this time — if I did, I would have manually adjusted the rating. I was alerted to this article because it was missing its living parameter, not because it needed a rating. Sorry about the confusion. C F A 💬 01:27, 26 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
mmm...I see. I would had, on (Work) section, be left with only verified sourced : sale figures and patent application, and remove the rest of it.
(I'm aware he's gone WP:BDP and not WP:BLP).
This biography article only has 1 section about pharmacist's life story...all are unsourced.
Thank you. --- Cat12zu3 (talk) 01:44, 26 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
