Your claim of Khalaf being an atheist is not supported by a reliable source (in fact it's not supported at all). Communism is an ideology, not a religion. Ever heard of Christian communism or Islamic socialism? Besides, according to WP:V "All quotations and any material whose verifiability has been challenged or is likely to be challenged, must include an inline citation that directly supports the material."
