Confusing edit
This is surely the most confusing article that I have ever seen on Wikipedia. Some parts read as the road is an already existing one and some parts read as the road has not yet been constructed. If it is a currently existing road with a pending upgreade, can someone please rewrite it to suit that? Regards, FM [ talk to me | show contributions ] 18:15, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
