According to some sources this gun was used throughout the war as infantry support gun to supress MG nests - with non-AT shells of course. As AT gun it was useless. As they had weak punch and operation from frontline meant high vulnerability, their nickname was something like "farewell fatherland" or something. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.159.213.182 (talk) 10:47, 7 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

anti-tank cannon model 1932 (19-K) the same as 53-K? edit

Finnish Wikipedia -article about what is commonly known in Finland as "the Whip Gun" (piiskatykki) links to this article, the problem is that in Finnish wikipedia it's called anti-tank gun m/1932 (19-K), are 19-K and 53-K different designations for the same cannon/different versions based on the same Soviet weapon, and if they are the same weapon, which years of production are true, Finnish article states production took place in 1932-1942, the English states 1937-1943.
