This page should not be speedily deleted because... this is about a professional WTA tennis tournament that is actively taking place. There are only 7 doubles teams competing and 2 years of history at this tournament, so there isn't much more that can be said on this page until the tournament concludes tomorrow. That being said, this page is connected to the main tournament page and singles draw, and the main tournament page is always where people find the context for the singles and doubles articles. This is no different from the other doubles pages for all the WTA 125 tournaments this year, and none of those articles have been deleted or flagged to my knowledge. I think this is a case of the reporter not understanding that this is historically following the same evolution as the other WTA 125 tournament articles that I've never seen an issue with. --Paw1185 (talk) 16:32, 17 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
