Inclusion of works edit
I removed references to the last works of Sherlock Holmes and the English translation of Bambi, A Life in the Woods becoming public domain because they were published in 1928. I removed mention of Topper because it does not have its own article and a link to 1926 in literature is included. Hekerui (talk) 10:19, 6 December 2020 (UTC)
India edit
India is 60 years pma, not 70. Yann (talk) 21:02, 29 December 2021 (UTC)
- Hello @Yann, I was wondering the same. Good time to make the necessary changes then? Because I was looking to upload works of some artists who died later than the ones mentioned in here, but have completed more than 60 years. DesiBoy101 (talk) 17:46, 13 July 2022 (UTC)

Removal of Japanese persons edit
That "extension of copyright from life + 50 to life + 70 years in Japan did not apply retroactively" does not mean Japanese persons should not be listed, it's relevant to all other countries with a 70 year copyright term. Hekerui (talk) 00:15, 9 January 2022 (UTC)
- @Hekerui: It does mean that Japanese people who died in 1951 shouldn't be listed here but on 2002 in public domain, when their works entered the public domain because the copyright term was still life + 50 years. Admittedly it was lazy of me to only remove them here but not add them there. Yorwba (talk) 15:40, 9 January 2022 (UTC)
