• "The last chance of the half fell to Anthony Stewart but he headed Jacobsen's free kick wide of the Wycombe Wanderers goal" - I've just realised that Stewart and Jacobsen are Wycombe players (perhaps making the confusion mentioned above less obvious). But here you say they are shooting towards their own goal, which doesn't make much sense. Presumably "wide of the Sunderland goal". And also spell out that Anthony Stewart is a Wycombe player.

• "Sunderland made their first personnel change" - I don't object to saying "personnel" once in the paragraph, but given that it's a slightly quirky term, maybe reword on the second occurrence.
