@Wild8oar: I wasn't aware that the race was confirmed (at least provisionally) for 2016. I guess it's OK then. Zwerg Nase (talk) 10:59, 13 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your comment. Yes, it is confirmed for next year (see WMSC reveals dates for season two Formula E calendar). Btw, based on your comment I was hoping for a change of location, i.e. to downtown Berlin... :) However, that seems not to be what you meant... Wild8oar (talk) 11:04, 13 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
No, and I don't believe that is very likely. Germans are quite sceptical when it comes to big sporting events. Btw, it might have been better to give the article a different name. It is not technically a street circuit, since it is not located on any street, but on the apron of the airport. Zwerg Nase (talk) 12:19, 13 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
Good point, I was also unsure about the naming. I cannot find an official name. But what is better? "Tempelhof Airport Circuit"? "Berlin Tempelhof Airport Circuit"? Wild8oar (talk) 13:07, 13 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
The problem is, that it is Wikipedia's policy not to make stuff up, so basically, we shouldn't have picked a name in the first place... tricky business... I would say: Let's move Tempelhof Airport Street Circuit to Berlin ePrix and make the article about the ePrix in general? That way, we can move around the naming problem of the circuit. Zwerg Nase (talk) 13:13, 13 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
Well, all ePrix have separate pages for the circuit, see Category:Formula E circuits. Most of them are also "made up" names, as there is no official name. I suggest to leave it for now until there is a better solution for all of these circuits. Wild8oar (talk) 16:34, 13 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Review should be up soon. Good888 (talk) 15:50, 18 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, I've been waiting for this one for quite some time :) Mind though: Unfortunately Formula E does not provide as many sources, so the situation there will be a little worse than what you can expect from a F1 article. Zwerg Nase (talk) 16:09, 18 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Lead

  • Expand the lead again with the Drivers' and Constructors' Championships.
  Done

Background and Circuit

  • Can you merge the Circuit section into the Background? I know it's the first German ePrix
  Done
  • "a race marred by the death of Frenchman Jean Behra, who died in an accident during a Formula Two support race." Can you link that support race?
Unfortunately not, there isn't even an article on that year's season.
  • "with the Senator for Economy, Technology and Research, Cornelia Yzer (de) saying that Berlin "as the capital of electric mobility" was predestined for such an event." Add a source here if possible.
The quote is in ref #8.
  • How many points behind was Buemi?
  Done

Report

  • Alot of duplicate links here. Sébastien Buemi, Lucas di Grassi, Formula One, Formula E, Nelson Piquet, Jr., Monaco, Jarno Trull, Nick Heidfeld, Charles Pic, Jérôme d'Ambrosio and e.dams Renault were all linked multiple times.
  Done
  • Perhaps you could state which teams the drivers were driving for.
  Done
  • "All sessions took place on Saturday, 23 May 2015." I am trying to see if we can expand this in any way. Perhaps compare it to Formula One?
  Done
  • "This time, it was championship leader Lucas di Grassi who topped the timesheets." With what time?
  Done
  • "and Monaco winner Sébastien Buemi" I know that Monaco was the previous race, but could you add that he won the Punta del Este race as well?
I feel that that would blow up the sentence a bit. And I did already mention that he was the only driver with two race victories.
  • Is the Fanboost used for the race only or for qualifying as well? If it's the former, merge the sub-section into the race one.
  Done
  • "The other Audi Sport Abt of Daniel Abt was less fortunate" The article didn't state that di Grassi drove for Audi Sport Abt. Also, you could state that this was Abt's home grand prix.
  Done Di Grassi team
  • "The mandatory pit stops started on lap 17." This should be explained to those who are not as familiar to Formula E. I know they have to change cars, as they run out of electricity.
  Done
  • Do we have an interview on Luca's thoughts on being disqualifed? Or Piquet, Jr's?
Expanded with Abt/Di Grassi reactions.

Standings after the race

  • Add an image of Piquet, Jr here, stating he was leading the championship.
Images are not usually added into that section, since there is not enough space.

World record

  • I am thinking of trying to merge this into either the Background or Report section. Thoughts on this?
  Done

References

  • Used Checklinks and found ref 12 is dead.
Fixed.
  • In ref 1, the website is linked but in ref 6, it is not. Why is that?
There was a full URL in there.   Done
  • Optional, but I would perfer trying to find a better source instead of the Twitter one.
This gave me stomache aches as well, but unfortunately I found no better source.

Placing on hold for now. Good888 (talk) 16:00, 20 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
