Where have the released players gone? edit

Hi guys, why have the released players been removed from the article? I like to look occasionally to see if they've found a club and if so where they've gone Clarky323 (talk) 22:12, 3 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

First team stats edit

What is wrong with putting up stats for first team, where and when was the player signed from, appearances and goals? These stats exist on other clubs' pages. These stats are relevant too. Why are theese removed then? Can somebody direct me to where this 'consensus' has taken place? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 39.45.212.134 (talk) 21:15, 2 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

There has been discussions on the talkpage last season and at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Football/Archive 88#Season articles Player details (again) and probably on more places. The main idea is that this is a article for this season liverpool and there is no need for information on where the player comes from and how many apperances and goals he has in the club, that can be found on the player-article and does not affect the performance this season. Also that partm is (often) completely unsourced and WP:OR. QED237 (talk) 21:49, 2 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
Also just because they are in other clubs' articles does not mean it should be on here. Mr tim111 (talk) 12:49, 6 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
