Page move proposal

edit

Propose moving page to 1985–1988 Rugby League World Cup or 1985–88 Rugby League World Cup. It will remove the spaces and use the en dash preferred for ranges. Of the two options, I prefer "1985–88" but feel either is preferable to the current one.

There is a similar proposal for 1989 - 1992 Rugby League World Cup.LunarLander // talk // 12:35, 16 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

I'd probably prefer it to be 1988 rather than just 88, but either way both should end up redirecting to the same place Mattlore (talk) 11:04, 17 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
Seems fine as long as it's that dash that's on the keyboard and not that one made up of some wierd script you see sometimes.--Jeff79 (talk) 11:24, 17 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
OK, Mattlore, 1988 is fine by me, we'll go with that. Jeff, MOS:DASH wants us to use an en dash (–) in the title and provide a "-" (the one you can tap easily on your keyboard) in a redirect. At some point the one hundred or so RFL season articles are going to need to be changed too, I suppose. LunarLander // talk // 12:22, 17 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

During several automated bot runs the following external link was found to be unavailable. Please check if the link is in fact down and fix or remove it in that case!
