Salerano sul Lambro (Lodigiano: Salaràn) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lodi in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southeast of Milan and about 10 kilometres (6 mi) southwest of Lodi.
