Screenshot edit

@Niwi3: You may remember me for the complaint that I had regarding the Descent 3 screenshot. I was concerned that it might not meet the NFCC, but it turned out that it did.

Thinking about what I said, I think I know of a screenshot that effectively captures the atmospheric effects, the combat, and not by least, an outside environment. It is this one specifically, which was taken on the second level of the game. I think that it, if uploaded at 360x270, works better for the very reason that it also captures an outside environment, and the current screenshot just captures the atmospheric effects and the combat. What do you think? Gamingforfun365 20:12, 22 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Gamingforfun365: Ok, fair enough. Feel free to replace it. The caption works for both images so it shouldn't be replaced. --Niwi3 (talk) 17:00, 23 September 2019 (UTC)Reply
The reason I came here to begin with may be because of my obsession with Wikipedia's use of non-free content. When I first joined Wikipedia, I failed to realize that "the free encyclopedia" took the word free literally, and when I understood that, I think I took it too literally myself. The complaint that I had in the FfD did seem like harassment, since I only commented once to suggest a better screenshot and did nothing else about it. Sorry for that. I do think it works better if the original uploader and the suggester agree on one thing, rather than if the suggester just does it themselves. EDIT: 360x270 (97,200 pixels) seems like a good resolution when about 100,000 pixels is the limit. GaɱingFørFuɲ365 17:54, 23 September 2019 (UTC)Reply
