@Star Mississippi: There is a page about this family on ru.wiki (see ru:Рахмановы) that appears to be reasonably well-cited. Of course, much of the information in this draft is unverifiable nonsense attempting to justify the untraceable lineage of "Duke Aartyom Alekseyevich of Russia", but we could ignore that and actually produce something of value by translating the ru.wiki page.
