This talk page supports the biography page on retired L.A. Kings Head Athletic Trainer Pete Demers. I became interested in his story through one of my clients. In keeping with Wikipedia's disclosure policy, this client paid me to research and compile biographical information on Demers. After completing that research, I used it to develop this Wikipedia page. Nevertheless the interest is Demers is genuine. His contributions to athletic training in professional hockey are worthy of Wikipedia inclusion. These contributions include keeping some of the game's most noteworthy players active during history-making tournaments, as well as successfully advocating for retirement benefits for the profession.
