My Salad is an American casual dining restaurant chain located mostly near northern New Jersey.^{[citation needed]} The company was founded by Tiana Munoz in January of 2016^[when?] and is currently owned and operated by her.

Some of their notable menu items include salads, wraps, paninis, smoothies, juices and snacks.^[1]
