A hat-trick is achieved when the same player scores three or more goals in one match. This is a list of hat-tricks recorded during matches of The OFC Nations Cup, an international association football tournament held among the Oceania Football Confederation member nations. They are listed in chronological order.

- Eddie Krncevic Australia is first ever player to score hat-trick in OFC Nations Cup in 1980
- Kris Trajanovski Australia is the first player who have scored 3 hat-tricks in the history of the Oceania Nations Cup.
- Damian Mori Australia is the only player who have scored 3 hat-tricks in a single tournament history of the Oceania Nations Cup, scoring 10 goals in those three matches in the 1998 OFC Nations Cup.
