Elliot Jon Grihault (born 18 January 2006) is an English actor. He is known for playing Lucerys Velaryon in the HBO fantasy series House of the Dragon (2022). He began his career as a child actor on the West End.[2]
Early life
editGrihault was born in Islington, London to Welsh actress and screenwriter Louise Breckon-Richards and artistic director Steve Grihault.[3][4]

Career
editGrihault started his acting career in the West End production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Palace Theatre where he played Young Harry Potter in 2019.[6][7]
Grihault was then cast in his first[7][8] television role as Prince Lucerys Velaryon[9][10] in the 2022 award-winning HBO fantasy series House of the Dragon, a Game of Thrones prequel and adaptation of George R. R. Martin's companion book Fire and Blood.[11][12] Grihault was nominated alongside the rest of the cast for the Best Ensemble in a Drama Series category in the 2022 Pena de Prata awards.[13] His performance has received praise from fans.[14][15][16]
In 2021, Grihault did voiceover work for an upcoming Apple TV+ animation series.[7] Grihault is set to star alongside Paul Ready in a young adult comedy-drama All That Glitters, which is inspired by the works of William Shakespeare and is set in a modern UK high school. It started filming in summer of 2024 and is set to release in spring of 2025.[17][18][19]
