Limit to residents of the independent Ukrain

It would seem that since this is a Jews by place category, its contents should be limited to Jews who lived in the Ukrain as an indepdendent country, and not retroactively include Jews who lived in Ukrain before it became a sperate country.John Pack Lambert (talk) 22:01, 13 December 2012 (UTC)
