In no particular order:

• Joy Dunn—Senior Manager for Dragon Manufacturing Engineering, leads team of about 65 engineers who build and integrate Dragon spacecraft. , December 2015.

• Jeff Thornburg—Principal propulsion engineer for Raptor engine development after 2011, and SpaceX senior director of propulsion engineering until late 2015. Led development of the Raptor engine, and later all propulsion development, at SpaceX 2011–2015. and still referring to 2011) Sources from June & December 2015, and August 2018.

• Paul Wooster--SpaceX's principal Mars development engineer; [2], 2018 -- [3], 2018, [4], 2017; and another, from 2018, in this diff.

• Margarita Marinova--senior Mars development engineer[6], 2018. [UPDATE: as of August 2018, someone has created this article.]

• Charles Kuehmann -- "vice president of materials engineering for both SpaceX and Tesla Motors, Kuehmann talked about the companies’ missions – displacing the combustion engine, as Tesla strives to do, and bringing colonists to Mars, which is SpaceX’s goal." Both companies use "a technique called integrated computational materials engineering (ICME), where they design a part and material together using process simulation software along with material modeling capabilities to create the whole system. ... • Bret Johnsen -- CFO of SpaceX in c. 2019-2021.
