I think the current scheme is ill-chosen in using the word "places." Mayors in Norway are either mayors of municipalities or of counties. The generic "places" is unnecessarily ambiguous and I move that the scheme be remade to the effect that I have presented. __meco 15:16, 1 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
