Designated Market Area

edit

For historical reference, it should be noted that this category name is the result of discussion at Wikipedia:Categories for deletion/Log/2006 February 19. The articles listed in this category are generally assumed to be created with some correspenence to Designated Market Areas as defined by Nielsen Media Research. This may become relevant in the future as editors discuss whether the listed articles cover a city, a metropolitan region, or some other regional entity. For instance, future editors may want to consider that "Media in a Dallas and "Media in Fort Worth" articles would cover much of the same media market. MPS 22:26, 27 February 2006 (UTC)Reply
