I think that this category should either be deleted, redirected to Category:Jewish Russian history, or separated into Category:Jewish Russian history and Category:Jewish Soviet history. It would make sense to do it this way because the Jewish Russian/Soviet history page has been separated into History of the Jews in Russia and History of the Jews in the Soviet Union.
