This category was nominated for deletion on 1 August 2006. The result of the discussion was keep.

Just before the end of the discussion to change the name of this category, during which people thought "Fictional books" might be confused with "Fiction", I suggested changing it to the grammatically correct "Fictitious books", and one person agreed.
