editTechnically forts built during the Mexican and American period are "colonial forts" as well. I am advocating a deletion of this category as it is unnecceassy, the category "Forts in Arizona" is all that is needed.--LENCE D00600D (talk) 23:59, 22 October 2010 (UTC)

deletion of parent category
editWhy is the Parent Category Category:Forts in Arizona being removed from this category. These are certainly forts in the area of land that became Arizona and as such qualify as belonging to this category. Please explain yourself. Hmains (talk) 06:01, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
