Muslim-Arabs are the vast majority in the Middle East and North Africa.

Arab Muslims (Arabic: مسلمون عرب‎) are adherents of Islam who identify linguistically, culturally, and genealogically as Arabs. Arab Muslims greatly outnumber other Ethnoreligious groups in the Middle East and North Africa.[1]
